Our Story

We built this
for ourselves first.

For nearly a decade, we ran real events β€” conferences, multi-day summits, association meetings, award ceremonies. And for nearly a decade, we did what every planner does: we stitched together six, seven, sometimes eight different tools to pull off a single event.

Registration here. Payments there. A separate app for scheduling. Another one for check-in. Spreadsheets filling in the gaps. Every tool had its own login, its own learning curve, and its own way of not quite talking to the others.

We weren't looking to build software. We were looking to run better events. But after enough years of watching good planners waste hours on bad tools β€” and after enough times paying for features that should have just been included β€” we decided to stop waiting for someone else to solve it.

So we had it built. For us. The way we actually needed it to work.

We used it for years before we ever considered sharing it. It got tested against real events, real attendees, real day-of chaos. The rough edges got smoothed out the hard way β€” by living with the consequences when something didn't work right.
