Two ways to start

Use the full platform β€” or add Phoenix Engage to the system you already use.

The Event Phoenix is the full planner platform. Phoenix Engage is the attendee experience. If replacing your current EMS is not the right move today, Phoenix Engage can still be part of the conversation.

Meet Phoenix Engage

Using another EMS? Today, event and attendee data can be brought into Phoenix Engage through imports. Automated synchronization and API integrations are future goals and are not being represented as available today.

A lot more than registration

Broad enough for real event operations. Simple enough to run yourself.

TEP already covers much of the day-to-day work planners handle before, during and after an event. The goal is not a longer feature list. The goal is fewer places for your team to work.

Registration

Multiple registration types, custom questions, confirmation workflows and discount codes for different attendee groups.

Payments

Paid and free registrations, payment tracking and revenue information connected to the registration record.

Speakers, sessions & scheduling

Multi-day schedules, sessions, speakers, rooms, tracks, reusable courses and capacity-aware planning.

Email communications

Target attendee, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor or other groups from the event data your team already maintains.

Check-in & attendance

QR-based attendee identification, event check-in and attendance tracking from everyday devices.

Sponsors & exhibitors

Manage partner registration types, setup information, documents and communications within the same event workflow.

Event websites

Give each event its own web presence and URL/slug so attendees can find the information and registration path they need.

Reporting & exports

Core registration, financial and attendance reporting plus CSV/Excel exports. Advanced analytics are an area we are actively expanding.

Phoenix Engage

Extend the event into a mobile attendee experience without forcing every customer into a separate app purchase.

The deeper toolkit

The operational features planners discover after the demo gets past the obvious stuff.

These are the practical tools that came from running real events and trying to eliminate side spreadsheets and repetitive setup.

Copy & reuse eventsStart from a proven prior event instead of rebuilding.
Rooms & capacityAssign spaces and keep session planning organized.
Courses & tracksReuse learning structures across repeat programs.
Document managementKeep event and session files close to the workflow.
Expense managementTrack operational event expenses in the platform.
Inventory managementTrack event materials and operational inventory.
CertificatesSupport post-event recognition and completion workflows.
Attendee segmentationDifferent registration types can support different event experiences.
Unlimited planner/admin usersAdd the staff who need access without buying another seat.
Where TEP fits today

Powerful self-service for planners who do not need an enterprise implementation team.

We would rather be clear about fit than overpromise. TEP is built for planners who want broad capability, direct control and predictable pricing. Enterprise-only requirements are a future growth area, not something we pretend is finished today.

Phoenix Engage

The attendee side of The Event Phoenix gets its own spotlight this October.

Phoenix Engage is a browser-based Progressive Web App designed to give attendees a fast mobile event experience without requiring an App Store download. It works with The Event Phoenix and can also be discussed as a standalone attendee layer for organizations keeping another EMS.

No App Store download required
Home-screen installation
Event schedules
Session & speaker information
Attendee-facing event content
Import-based setup for external EMS data

Launch discipline: only production-ready Engage capabilities will be demonstrated and marketed as available. Additional features will be added to the site as they pass validation.

Talk with us about Phoenix Engage
We did not set out to build an event software company.

We were trying to run better events.

Why The Event Phoenix exists

Built from the planner side of the screen.

For years, our events relied on the same patchwork planners know too well: registration in one place, payments somewhere else, separate scheduling, separate communications and spreadsheets filling the gaps.

So we built what we wanted to use ourselves. Then we used it at real events, found the rough edges the hard way and kept improving it. The Event Phoenix is software shaped by the consequences of event day, not just a product roadmap.

Planner-first decisionsWorkflow comes before feature count.
Real-event proofDesigned around actual day-of pressure.
Self-service by designPower without enterprise-sized staffing.
Still improvingNew releases will keep expanding the platform as real planner needs are validated.
What planners say

Real-world feedback matters more than our own marketing.

These testimonials come from the feedback library built from real users and events.

β€œWe stopped paying for add-ons and finally had everything in one place. The savings alone paid for the platform.”
Association Planner
β€œScheduling and check-in saved our onsite team hours. We used to dread day-of. Now it's actually smooth.”
